As per our policies and product descriptions, all sales are final. We do not accept refunds or exchanges so please double-check your item description. In the rare case of a defective item, please email thejadedons@gmail.com with a picture, description, and order number within the first 12 hours of receiving your package and we will respond within 1-2 business days.
